Horror Fest at West - Official Rules

Film must be turned in by October 22, 2009 to FA 304 between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.

Must be in DVD format

Submission must be 3 to 5 minutes in length

Judges will be looking for originality

Submission must not include unsuitable content or depict or incorporate unsafe behavior; obscenity; racist innuendo; illegal drug or alcohol use; nudity; profanity, other offensive conduct.

Submission must not violate third-party rights including but not limited to: copyrights, including music, logos, costumes, trademarks and rights of publicity.

Submission must not include information that can be used to personally identify an individual, such as an address, license plate, phone number or email address.
